Privacy & Decorative Window Film for Commercial Glass in Milpitas

Privacy and style, without giving up the light. LLumar privacy and decorative film turns clear glass into frosted, patterned or branded surfaces — so conference rooms, exam rooms and offices get privacy while daylight keeps flowing through the building.

Where it works best

Glass that needs to screen, not block.

  • Conference rooms and glass-walled offices
  • Medical and dental exam rooms, consultation rooms and waiting areas
  • Reception desks, entries and lobbies
  • Storefront windows that need screening from the street
  • Restrooms, break rooms and interior corridors
  • Glass doors and sidelights that need visible markers for safety

What it does

Openness, with control.

A fast refresh for the space — change the look without construction, often in a day or less depending on the job.

Privacy

Limits what people can see into a room while keeping the openness of glass.

Light

Frosted and patterned films let daylight through — no need to close blinds or build walls.

Branding and wayfinding

Add logos, graphics, patterns or gradients to glass for identity, directions and visual interest.

No glass replacement

Applied over existing glass, with minimal disruption to the space.

Manufacturer backing

LLumar films carry a manufacturer's limited warranty and are installed by trained professionals.

LLumar decorative series

More than 50 designs to choose from.

LLumar's iLLusions line includes more than 50 designs. We help you choose the series that fits your space — and bring samples to your walkthrough so you can see them in your own light.

Matte Frost Series

Soft, premium frost finishes that diffuse light gently — the standard for conference rooms and office privacy.

Color Frost Series

Warm and cool frosted tones that add architectural interest and privacy.

Textured Frost Series

Delicate textures — brushed, satin, sparkle, sandblast — that mimic specialty glass.

Nature Series

Designs inspired by water, leaves and sand — organic beauty with built-in privacy.

Pattern Series

Geometric designs, from dots to stripes — draw attention or mask clutter while keeping privacy.

Textile Series

Fabric-inspired patterns with the look of printed glass; softens harsh light and adds partial privacy.

Specialty Series

A creative palette of translucent colors and light-blocking neutrals for dramatic or practical effects.

Gradient Series

Transitions from transparent to opaque — control what is revealed or concealed by where the film sits on the glass.

Privacy film, answered plainly.

How private is frosted film?

Matte frost blocks clear views into the room from outside while letting light through. Patterns and gradients give you control over how much is screened. We'll show you samples so you can judge it on your own glass.

Can I put my logo on the glass?

Yes. Decorative film can be cut or printed with logos and graphics for branding and wayfinding.

Can the film be removed later?

Yes. Film can be removed when you want to change the look, though the time and cost depend on the film and glass.

Will it work on any glass?

Most interior and exterior glass works, but some glass types need a specific film or install method. We check the glass before we recommend anything.

“This team did a fast and quick job. Everyone loves the tint and especially great for the heat control from the blazing sun shining in. Everyone should have some tint on their windows. I was way better than the blinds my landlord gave me.”
